We are excited to announce that we have recently merged with another CPA firm, J & E Accounting and Tax Services, Inc. out of Framingham, MA and its principal Certified Public Accountant, Ashraf Wasilidas. With the merge of our two firms, our new combined firm name will be Wasilidas & Kulik, CPA, PC.
As our client base has been continuously growing over the years, this merger will allow us to maintain our priority goal for professional customer service, due diligence and quality work for all of our valued clients.
The merger of firms will provide us with additional professional staffing to serve you, including additional licensed professionals made up of Certified Public Accountants and Enrolled Agents, MBA accountants, plus additional bookkeeping staff.
We will be able to offer more services including Audited Financial Statements, Non-Profit Tax and Accounting Services, Enhanced Bookkeeping Services, Mergers & Acquisitions and Segment Specialty Tax and Accounting Services, such as Dentistry and Group Medical Practices specializing in assisting dentists and other healthcare professionals with practice management, bookkeeping, accounting, tax planning, and more.
We will also be able to accommodate more comprehensive and complex tax and audit cases from Internal Revenue Service Collections to Internal Revenue Service examination and audits.
